The home styling process
Sellers often don’t know where to start to prepare a home for sale. We know you need to be on the market quickly and we have a proven system that will help you turn around your property in a few days.
Once you fill out the consultation request form we will be in touch to set up a time to meet with you for the initial consult, usually within a day or two, depending on your availability and listing timeline.
At our initial meeting we will do a room by room tour so you can make a detailed list of how to prepare your home for sale. We can often make changes to the furniture placement and de-cluttering right there on the spot, but if it’s a bigger job, we will provide you with instructions on what needs to be done before the photo shoot.
We then do a second visit before the photographer arrives to help with any last minute prep. We can help you add those thoughtful little touches that send the message ‘this property has been well cared for.’
